Unlike many other northern cities, Bradford has a young and growing workforce.  This is a consequence of population growth particularly within the asian community.

Further afield, and due to the excellent motorway comnnections, Bradford has access to an extensive workforce.  Within a half hour drive time the working age population is over half a million and, within an hour, just short of two million.  Bradford therefore has access to a workforce of every type, skill and professional experience.
